I just recently bought my ACR and paid 1829.00 plus tax. Up to that point, the least I'd seen it anywhere was around 2200-2300 on GB or elsewhere.

Now you can find it for the same price at many locations. I'm assuming Bushmaster has dropped the price? Why is that?

Will the SCAR follow suit? Just wondering...

Initial pricing turned alot of people off and the initial sales were little slow. Bushmaster responded by dropping price, very normal. Will the SCAR follow suit, ahhh, who knows. Neither is availible locally so I can't use that as litmus paper. However the range I visit, there are 4 regular ACR's that show up all the time compared to 1 SCAR. Does that mean anything really, nope. Just around here more people are shooting the ACR then the SCAR.

If I had to guess, I think the SCAR market is price stable at the moment. Especially with the recent release of the SCAR 17H. (more want for it at the moment) The ACR had just about found it spot with the recent price drops.

Ofcourse this could all change with next crisis....................

the price for the ACR you purchased has been stable at that price for the last 3 months now. I personally don't see ACR's dropping down to the price of AR15 prices period

The lowest I see it getting is probably around $1500. I doubt that will happen this year though. A good current price now is $1700 for basic and $1850 for enhanced.

If you search around you can find some good prices. I've seen a new basic for $1500. A couple used rifles for about the same.

I wish some of these low prices would ship to California. Best price I've seen is $2100 and that's at a local shop.

I think dealer cost on the basics are 1650 and the enhanced 1920.

Where can you get an enhanced for 1850. I will buy one tomorrow if I can get one that cheap. No shops around me even have them and are not talking price at all.

There's a coyote brown enhanced on Gunbroker for $2k. It was a display but supposedly unfired.

Got mine at the Tanner Gunshow over a month ago here in Denver. When I was looking at it, the guy said he had the lowest price guarenteed, brick and mortar or internet. This last Tanner gunshow about 2 weeks ago, the same place raised their prices by 150 bucks. 1999.99 now.

Thats why even though I didn't have the spare cash, I jumped on it.
