I am having some difficulty disassembling my ACR. I watched a bunch of youtube videos of people taking apart their ACR's and it always appears to come apart so easily. I push the captive bolts all the way through but the parts don’t come off the way they do in the videos. What am I doing wrong?

The pins are a PITA at 1st, but definately loosen up in time. If you have an enhanced handguard, you'll find it a pain to line up sometimes to get the pin back in.

I have taken it apart and put it back together about 15 times to get the hang of it and now it comes apart without alot of work though still nice and tight. I think its great that I will be able to get multiple calibers on and off so quick. I hope they come out with the kits soon.
