Unfortunately for me i live in NY. The problem i am facing is the price of a state compliant ACR here. I have been to 3 different gun shops all want above $2200.00. Just doesnt seem reasonable when anywhere else you can get an enhanced ACR for less. should I just buy it or not?

What qualifies as "state compliant" aside from a fixed stock and regualted magazines?
