Assuming the equipment required is similar to duracoat you could probably set yourself up with the stuff (one firearm, just as a hobby thing and not a business) for around $70-80. The more colors you throw in the more the price will go up of course.
I've had one of my 1911 lowers cerokoted and it turned out great! I think it only cost me about $120, from a shop in South Carolina. Can't remember the name but if you need it I'll dig it up. Prices shouldn't be that different from Duracoat. Compared it to my Duracoated Acog and seems to resist wear a bit more. Depending on the application it's certainly worth it.
