I seen it posted in other forums that they were looking to make a replacement saftey selector for the ACR.
Hopefully they can as this is one of the things I don't like about the ACR. I would in a heatbeat get a replacement with the end cap so I don't have an ambi selector.

That looks great. I love that it's fully adjustable to different lengths on each side (at least that's how it seems). I agree. They need to get on an ACR version and sell it in a combo with the Geissele ACR trigger.

I came across those after I put one on my ar and the one I got is garbage. Both arms of it aren't parallel to eachother. The one on the right is crooked. Its a little easier to reach but needs to be pushed further to switch to fire. Plus it looks kind of silly. They deffinatly need to make one for the acr. Im not so crazy about it in re first place.

The BAD-ASS 45 degree selector switch may be coming to the ACR before too long. I came across this thread on arfcom while daydreaming up research for my next AR build (whenever that will happen).

The user named Duffy is listed as a Dealer and has associated himself with Battlearms. He said (as of June) that they will be getting into products for both the SCAR and ACR. There is no projection listed for date or anything, but I'm just happy to see their interest in aftermarket for the ACR.

Hope so. My old XCR had a safety that was a 30 degree throw, if memory serves, which I really liked. Regardless, a 45 would be nice for the ACR and AR platforms. I agree, the safety selector on my ACR is one of my issues with the firearm. Fingers crossed...

Rather new to forum but based on my "lurking" you guys are the best. I love my ACR and after roughly 3,000 rounds my only concern is the selector. I have been checking the Battlearms, Magpul and Bushmaster website on a daily basis, still no selector lever. Just my 2 cents but just a lower profile switch with a solid lock into fire and safe would suffice. I've had numerous range visits and on some occasions, when I index, my trigger finger moves the lever to halfway. I know I could shave it but it's my baby and I want her to have the best. I'll keep checking.

You could always reshape the right side down a bit if it bothers you, I'm thinking about doing it. It is a bit annoying how it rubs against your hand whenever you flip the selector. I've seen the Bushmaster instructional video showing how to properly grasp the pistol grip so it doesn't happen. O I'm so sorry Bushmaster it's my fault . I've attached the video below, it clearly shows it's not a design flaw but our fault, yea OK .

So you see we just don't know what were doing... LOL! I know personally I grip it on the high side and the selector always rubs my hand. Not really a biggie I can deal with it or re contour it.
