I'm in the army, and I think Army has been real inept in recent years when it comes to gear procurement. Lets see where this goes

Isn't this the 3rd or 4th time the Army has had this competition or something? They are looking for a revolution in the carbine, but there hasn't been a revolution in firearms since the rifled barrel.
