Any other 45 degree safety nerds out there?
I had the BAD one done in 7075 and the Radian in Stainless 316L. Also worked on the little safety detent thing. Silver one is 6061 raw and the black one is 316L black oxide.

It’s “clickier”. When I had the original plastic it was a very soft click from S to F. Then I got the new Bad levers with metal safety and the plastic detent kept getting chewed up.
Now with both metal it is a pretty nice click from S to F.

Need to test a bit more. I made it a bit thicker and the slot where the detent goes is not perfectly square so might have to round off that edge.
