Anyone interested in a dedicated Aac Acr suppressor

During my talks with Bushmaster/AAC I was shown a secret Acr suppressor that is being developed now. It’s mated to a factory 10.5” 300blk barrel.

The goal of this setup is to have a short barrel pinned with the can so you are only running a single stamp for the suppressor.

The suppressor is actually designed from the ground up for the Acr in 300. I am trying to get a rough estimate on how many everyone would want. By doing this I might be able to get an order in to Remington for these. They will probably be built to order but if I can get enough demand then it might be a production part.

With that being said, I am trying for both pinned and non pinned setups. That way the few of us that are Sbr’d already can still have a short setup if wanted.

If you want one post it below. This isn’t a for sale thread. Just an interest gathering post.

If the can is lightweight, removable, and reasonably priced I will buy one.

I would be interested in a non pinned setup. Not sure if I want to commit to stamps yet.

It's fairly light. I imagine it's the same or similar stack that they use for the N6. It's direct thread so it has no weight gained from the QD attachment which would be pretty substantial.

Any idea when this would happen, if it does?

I’m not sure. I told AAC that I could use 15 of them when they are ready. That’s not a huge number but considering the Acr is a hard market to hit I have to be conservative. I know it probably will be after the 300 barrels are released because they are still working on the gas ports.

If it were to hit the streets I’d say fall/winter if we are lucky

I would be interested in the pinned variety. Might do a Form 1 later.
