You know what deters more people is losing an eye becuase the clowns were running the circus.

My first response was guarded but he doubled down and its clear he has no real experience with the issue or his assumed fix beyond a cosmetic notion of how it should look regardless of function. It's also clear than when he says he has to listen its not to ACR owners on an ACR forum with more experience, only customers who don't know what there talking about.

If I wanted to 3 gun my acr I would look to ddustin, not because I cant run around like a crack monkey killing paper jihads but simply becuase he's done it more than I have.

I realize that as the ACR becomes cheaper, younger less experienced new owners will come up with fixes to problems that don't exist, but when injury is the potential side effect they either need to listen and learn or keep on moving.

I'm loving the Spirit of Ecstasy on top of the scope. It adds a dash of class and luxury to a commoner's tool. LOL

I'm a newer forum member and ACR owner. I have been a huge fan of the ACR for almost a decade, but I don't claim to know anything at all about the rifle we all love so dearly. I am completely humbled by all the experience and knowledge that you guys have. I feel like I can trust the advice I receive from members such as BigDog and CallMeColt... and even you, 10. I appreciate having a place to refer back to when my enthusiasm gets the better of me. We all need a kick in the ass to get us back in line. Keeps me from becoming one of those clowns...

Oh, hey, there's this hole at the front of the barrel... I find it very unsightly and would very much desire to cover it up, you know, to improve the aesthetics of the rifle. I was thinking of jamming some sort of plug in there. Any suggestions? Materials? LMAO

    I blame those damn Millennials.
